Dharma, is a Malay Dance group from Republic Polytechnic. Under the tutelage of Fathurrahman Said, Dharma has blossomed ever since 2004. Dharma has been involved in several dance competitions and invitational performances. Just this year, the group has been invited to perform in the Singapore Arts Festival and Muse III production, just to name a few. The group is also planning to participate in a 24-hour dance festival in Solo, Indonesia. Under the wings of
Fathurrahman Said, Dharma has evolved into becoming one of the more recognised award-winning schools in the Malay Dance Scene.

TGIF Hello, back again. Anyway training not as bad as wednesday. Cikgu already started with Momentum's routine & a hint of SAF also. Very nice, however SAF needs a long process just like MUSE 2009. Might take some time, along with Momentum preparation- Zapin. Cikgu has some crazy & wild vision about it, as mention earlier. He wants to add in stunts to it, interesting much. Still a long way to go but yeah we can assume its gonna be really good (: For your info, to let you know a bit about Dharma's SAF 2010 dance we will be using of space "between & In between". Similarly to MUSE, U & Me. Apparently, we were blindfolded and move our way through the feel of the music. Another interesting upcoming idea from Cikgu. Idk what title to put lah No wonder I feel something I missed I forgot to update Dharma's blog Okay the voting line is closed and it is official that.....(Drum roll) k merepek wth BLOG 9 will be Dharma's new blogskin! This is chosen by the majorities, I'm going with the flow as long as Dharma's are happy with it (: Ok people I will change our new skin this week. I won't take too long cause I know I have to update loads of things here. Anyway training was tiring, I am very blur among all (has always been actually) Cikgu has minimize 4 dancers and its finalize for his reunion dinner. While the rest have already prepared for Momentum 2010 which is I'm not wrong around May? Wooo! And I managed to get a sneek peak at it. We're gonna do Zapin this year, and its not gonna be an ordinary zapin. More like cheerleading stuff & hiphop were influenced too, that's what Cikgu had for his vision. 123, 321, you & me we go dan-sing  Once again its me, oza. Hello dharma-ians. As requested by my partner, Siti, finds this layout is a bit small. Therefore, I went on searching a suitable blogskin for us. I've found a few nice one (I hope). Siti also suggest to print screen the layouts & put a vote on which is suitable for Dharma's blog. I've post the layouts perhaps tmr, so that all u guys have to do is to choose alright? Can? Boleh? Ok? Hey hey, okay I don't know what to blog but i'm just gonna blog cause what are publicity for right. And at least this blog is not gonna be as dusty anymore. Anyway today's training was rather exhausting, not that it isn't the other trainings. However, today was a lot tiring than other days. But good news; the dance step is officially done. Plus, cikgu had also selected the girls who are going to dance for his reunion dinner which is Siti, Shikin, Ira, Oza (Me) & Fida. Ziela should be here instead! pfft. She's the pillar of our strength, cey. Haha. Escort-ers/ Ushers will be Wan, Khai, Nadiah & Tasha. Oh and I heard its gonna be an extravagance dinner, can't wait (: Will update u guys again. And we're back to blogging again ! Well hello readers, we are back. Apology for the very lack of updates, us girls and boys has always been on a hiatus mode eversince we've been booked for trainings, overwhelming performances and etc. Firstly before anything I, fairoza would like to congratulate our new current President & Vice President which is Wan & Dilah respectively. Committee really did a wise choice, I'm very happy for both of them (: Anyway, I was assign to update whatever events of tarian. Therefore, so here it is. I got loads of pictures to upload today's event which is held at Marina Square. The girls & boys who performed for Open House last Saturday was invited to showcase their talent at Ministry of Home Affairs Career Fair 2010. Yes, I know it doesn't sound or look like there is anything related to dance but yeah they invited us so the least we can do is to be honored right. There's two slots for each dance. Overall, the performers were awesome but unfortunately the sound system has to ruin everything. Ok anything if you guys wanna know more just come to us, let's not bored the readers.
