RepFus3.blogspot is back for MORE. *hums to Britney’s Gimme More.


For past month of May & July, Dharma RepFus3 has been pretty intensified with trainings for the 9th Annual Fiestari competition held at Cheng San Community Club. The event held on 12th of July 2008 was a day filled with busy “where is the blusher brush eh?” and “can you help me put on my sanggul tak?” favours, not forgetting the nerve wrecking nervousness for some. A big thank you to hair & make-up for the working the magic on our faces - making me some the fairest of them all. *dances around.

We saw many familiar faces and some new ones gracing the competition. Our dance; Zifin Qasirun was up 6th in the line of performances. All twelve of us (10 perempuan Melayu terakhir & 2 pria-pria ganteng. *giggles golek-golek) danced it out, gave our best shot and indeed it was well received by the audience. *applause eh people.

Unfortunately we did not clinch any award for this year’s event. *grins. Oh well, like they say ‘lain padang, lain belalang.’ What matters is that we gave our best and it came from the heart lahh kan and there’s always next year, girls. *smiles gleefully. So no worries alright.

Upcoming (note: tentative) events include Mid-Autumn festival and the 43rd National Day Celebration performances. So now we’re back to practices and I'll give updates again soon enough. *waves like a 3-year-old.
