Dharma, is a Malay Dance group from Republic Polytechnic. Under the tutelage of Fathurrahman Said, Dharma has blossomed ever since 2004. Dharma has been involved in several dance competitions and invitational performances. Just this year, the group has been invited to perform in the Singapore Arts Festival and Muse III production, just to name a few. The group is also planning to participate in a 24-hour dance festival in Solo, Indonesia. Under the wings of
Fathurrahman Said, Dharma has evolved into becoming one of the more recognised award-winning schools in the Malay Dance Scene.

23 June 07-Gentarasa Opening Ola my beautiful ladies.So I was asked by the chief to update the blog. The chief's reason, "coz u viewer n oso helped us there..so u noe wat happened ard". So while most teenagers are at town wasting their sturday, our girls were in school getting ready for one of their big performance for 2007. The venue for preparation: Dance Studio 2. Time: 12 pm. The ladies who changed and did their makeup first was mostly the seniors as the juniors had to take the people from padang for a tour around the school. As usual, Fad is always the kanchiong and most nervous one.Makeup tak load, belt pecah, strap pecah,baju kotor.. hehe.. The yr 1's soon joined us in the dance room and the seniors all practically divided ourselves to help them with the make up.      Well it took everyone quite a long time to fully dressed up. So after much worries and frustration, everyone was ready and the ladies had their first practise and for the first time, the juniors did their "getting into character" tradition. So around 4+, cikgu suddenly break the news that they have to perform twice instead of the original plan.    Well, I think the girls were nervous because the performance was just alright. Cikgu Aliza commented about the singing part, and audience commented it was abit messy. So the girls practised even more especially on the smiling part. There wasnt much time left and the girls were finally asked to settle inside the holding room. So sambil baca doa, nyanyi, as usual, sempat jugak cam-whore again.     So despite the guest of honour coming earlier than expected, the girls were all ready for their turn to shine. Indeed they shine throughout the whole performance. It was much much more better than the earlier one and Im sure you girls not only captivated the audience by your elegance and beauty but also through your good performance. Cikgu Rahman was impressed and so was the guest of honour. Iam sure also the rest of the people who watched it was also captivated. Everything just went smoothly and u girls blend with the blue cloth really well. Nice combination. So congratulations Repfus3 on the performance! Your hard earned efforts were really worth it! 
Oh I forgot, we also managed to take picture with the other 2 Repfus3, Liyana and Bed who were both involved in Gentarasa. Congrats also to you both on the job well done and oh to Azhar also!!  Kakak |
N oh, not forgetting this 2 most sexy,beautiful and gorgeous ladies who helped the girls with the preparation and special thanx to sexy jannah for going out to buy the hair clips for the girls. Hehe
